Phoenix Asset Management was originally designed around the business of helping our partner companies dispose of their outdated or overstock telecom and computing assets. These assets come from a variety of sources - some are off lease, some are trade-ins and some are overstock or production overruns. Each presents unique challenges and each requires specialized handling and marketing. Phoenix can handle them all. In addition, we can offer a variety of repayment programs. For those that seek the highest possible return on their product and are willing to wait a little longer, we offer our consignment program - your inventory is shipped to our refurb center - it is audited, tested and made available for sale alongside our existing inventory. When it is sold, the proceeds are divided according to an agreed upon ratio. The benefit to your company is typically a higher overall return on your assets. If you need a quicker solution, Phoenix can simply purchase your assets at today's market prices. Since we have so many avenues for disposing of equipment we can usually offer some of the most competative purchase prices. This process could not be simpler - we recieve and audit your equipment and make you a purchase offer. Once accepted, payment is made within just a few days. This process protects you agains the risk of assets declining in value and allows you to quickly turn those non-performing assets into cash. Some of our partners are OEMs that periodically need to sell large quantities of their excess inventory without disrupting their existing retail sales channels. We understand the unique challenges facing these OEMs in maintaining their retail channel integrity while eliminating excess inventory. We have designed our business to meet this need. We strictly adhere to OEMs remarketing policies and have the financial clout to purchase large lots on a consistent, repetitive basis. Some of our strategic partners are leasing companies that demand accurate, customer oriented, and profitable outlets for their off-lease assets. Phoenix Asset Management understands the need to have these assets turned into cash as quickly as possible. Our sales outlets are both national and international, and we can move large quantities. In addition to sales of off-lease gear, we provide logistics management, warehousing, valuation and accurate reporting of the gear we manage. And, using our proprietary, Internet based, Global Remarketing Inventory Tracking System, GRITS, our partners enjoy unparalleled access to real time information regarding their assets under our care.
